Work stress has become the main culprit for insomnia among elites in the workplace

Elites generally sleep less than 40% in the early morning. A very small number of workplace elites sleep before 22:00, and 1,015 people sleep after 24:00, accounting for 38.6% of the total. This means that among the 100 elites, some 39 did not go to bed after 24:00, which is much higher than the general group (22%). Only 10.1% of the elites guaranteed 8 hours of sleep a day, and 35.2% of them got less than 6 hours of sleep. These data are really amazing. Do elites even "keep improving" their sleep? 1 hour before going to bed, what are the elites in the workplace doing? Workplace elites vary in what they do within an hour before going to bed. Unsurprisingly, they are also mobile phones, and more than half (53.2%) fall asleep holding their phones. Second, watching TV is still an option for most people and has not been completely replaced by mobile devices (39%). 14.8% of the elites still work overtime before going to bed. Judging from the time they go to bed, it means that they often work until after 10 o'clock or even after 12 o'clock. From this point of view, work does lead to their poor sleep to a certain extent. Insomnia is common among elites in the workplace, and work stress is the main culprit. Under normal circumstances, falling asleep for more than 30 minutes can be considered as insomnia. What is staggering is that 86.3% of the elites in the workplace said that they have more or less insomnia, and even 6.4% of them have continuous insomnia and sleep disorders. 25.7% indicated that the main reason for insomnia was high work pressure, ranking first among all causes of insomnia and becoming the main killer of sleep. This is related to the above-mentioned bad sleep caused by working before going to bed. For insomnia, 81% of the elite will take certain measures to deal with it, the most common is to do something to help sleep or eat food to help sleep. A minority (6.2%) indicated that they would go to the doctor and take medicine, which is consistent with the proportion of people with insomnia disorders. Only in the case of severe insomnia would they choose to use medicine. Are you getting enough sleep? The survey on the most insufficient sleep in the Internet industry shows that in different industries, the proportion of workplace elites who think they have insufficient sleep varies greatly. The highest proportion is in the Internet industry, where 41.5% of Internet users believe that they do not get enough sleep, followed by advertising/media people, accounting for 39.5%. The lowest share was government/non-profit, with only 9% reporting sleep deprivation. In addition, industries such as real estate, pharmaceutical/medical, finance, auto and spare parts also have a high proportion of them feeling that they do not get enough sleep. It can be seen that the quality of sleep is inextricably linked to the industry. The Internet and advertising/media industries are well known for their work intensity and stress, and such survey results are not surprising. Ensuring good sleep is the key. Insufficient sleep is equivalent to chronic suicide. Long-term lack of sleep will affect attention, concentration, fine operation ability, high-intellectual thinking and memory. Learning efficiency and creative thinking will also be significantly reduced. On the occasion of World Sleep Day, Jilin Zhongshan Hospital reminds everyone that you must ensure that you have enough sleep in order to live and work better. How to ensure good sleep? There are 7 suggestions as follows: 1. Don't do strenuous exercise or exercise before going to bed, don't over-entertainment cause excitement, don't eat exciting foods, such as coffee, drink hot milk and other foods that help sleep; 2.
